The Tasty Crowd Pleasers

Make your own Brie, Camembert, Blue or any other of your favorite Cheeses with a handful of ingredients, and a few simple Techniques 

While France boasts hundreds of delicious cheeses, it’s the creamy Brie and Camembert cheese that is its top.

Like many cheeses, it was invented by monks as early as the 7th century and they are still a crowd pleaser today.

Young cheeses like Brie and with this Chevres and Blue cheeses are fun and easy to make with relatively simple step by step instructions. The ripening period is anywhere between six to eight weeks and you learn step by step the information and techniques to get he perfect cheese.


For the workshop we supply the freshest milk from Mountain Oak Dairy, the cultures, info sheets and a delicious local and International Artisan Cheese tasting to get you started making your own cheeses giving it your own flavors and character. Within a short time you will enjoy your own home made cheese.
